The moment you get close, you're hit with this incredible mix of slow-cooked pork, and a hint of smoky spice that instantly makes your mouth water. I grabbed a few tacos and—wow—the handmade corn tortillas were warm and fresh, cradling heaping portions of perfectly tender carnitas that had just the right amount of crispy edges. Each bite was a mix of rich, savory pork, sprinkled with finely chopped onions and cilantro that added a fresh, zingy kick. And of course, a squirt of lime was a must—it tied everything together like magic. Whats great is you can get a handful of the handmade tortillas by themselves for like 2.50...perfect for my breakfast tacos I made the next day :D Everyone was super nice, they had a heated outdoor seating, you could eat at the counter inside which I thought was nice for someone on the go, with a self serve coffee station, likely a god send for the breakfast crowed that comes in. This stand is a must-visit—it’s an authentic, colorful slice of what Melrose Park has to offer in terms of perfect Mexican food that just hits the spot every time. ”
“ Found this spot on the super Goode i.g page and man it definitely delivered. I ordered the carnitas , asada and al pastor tacos with my taco dinner and every taco hit. The carnitas were melt in your mouth good , the steak while not char grilled was seasoned to perfection and the al pastor was ok , not the best pastor I've had but it was decent because everything else was a hit. I'll definitely be back and excuse the bad photo because the food was so good I forgot to take a photo lol ”

They make everything as you order so takes a few minutes, they don’t have a lot of dinning room tables, so hit or miss I think I only got to sit here once to eat due to it being busy. Parking can be difficult. Sometimes we don’t end up staying due to no parking or dining room tables. Maybe that’s something they need to work on Forsure !! ”

Long line but it went fast as long as you know what you want we got lucky to find parking AND get a table with soo many people there! its a small place but we got a table very pleasant hardworking people here! everyone is nice and very attentive I understand the wait and to be patient some people werent so pleasant because of the wait but like i said totally worth it! maybe come during the week when its not so busy and crowded to enjoy sitting down and eating here! a lot to see they have alot of paintings and fun stuff to look at on the inside parking is very limited on the weekends! Overall 10/10 definitely recommend it here for the carnitasss! ”

The only thing is I got two sides or beans instead of the rice and beans as the dinner plate states but other than that the food comes with everything you need. Where as other locations will charge you even extra for them. ”
